From the early stages through final confirmations, we anticipate needs, guide decisions, and keep every moving piece aligned. Our planning process is structured, proactive, and designed to give you confidence that everything is being handled with care and precision.

Please note that custom planning starts at $12,500 this is based on guest count, travel, and additional needs. Rehearsal Coordination and Management are included as well.

Design services start at $7,500 depending on the scope of services. Rehearsal Coordination and event management are also included in this service.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

Wedding management is the art of execution. As your event approaches, AVENTZ Co. transitions into full operational oversight. We finalize timelines, confirm vendors, conduct walkthroughs, manage rehearsals, and direct the flow of the day from start to finish. Our team is present to problem solve, cue moments, and ensure everything unfolds smoothly behind the scenes. You experience the celebration fully, knowing that every detail is being managed with leadership and care..

Investment

Our management services are $4,000 and include rehearsal coordination. If you would like to add on consultations for design or planning needs our hourly rate is $135.
